  • Gained 394,000 views on Instagram, and over 90,000 views on TikTok.
  • Video garnered lots of viewer interaction on all platforms: On Instagram it has over 3,500 likes and 92 comments.
  • Following the coverage of this issue, the developer lost its appeal on the rejected application in the NSW Land and Environment Court in July 2025 on the grounds of social impact and the loss of affordable housing.
  • It is believed to be one of the first times a developer has lost a case on these grounds in New South Wales.
